ANNUAL BASKETBALL CAMP
After our first trip to Cite Soleil in 2012, we saw an old abandoned basketball court with no hoops or backboards and thought, we need to bring basketball back to Cite Soleil.
Our annual camps provide 80 kids a chance to learn a skill never taught to them, provides shoes, uniforms, a ball, and lunch for every participant. We are now entering our 6th annual basketball camp in Summer of 2018. Basketball provides a lot of these kids an alternative to the daily temptations of getting involved in gang violence as well as providing a great sense of community.
